Active Monitoring

The EVO is sited within the network, between two switch nodes.

It can pass traffic transparently or manipulate it as required, changing parameters such as telephone numbers or forcing calls to release if fraud is suspected.

A database is used to identify calls to manipulate.

Recording equipment can also be used to monitor voice circuits
